Architect: Designed by George Percy and Frederick Hamilton (1896).
Floors/Size:

3 stories plus a lower level for approximately 37,000 rentable sq. feet plus an additional 8,000 SF basement.

Building History: This red-brick Renaissance Revival style building functioned as the original Union Iron Works executive office. Union Iron Works Administrative offices later moved to Building 101 and Building 104 continued to house Navy inspector offices, blue print draft rooms, hospital emergency rooms, doctor offices and waiting room, a darkroom, a duty officer’s room, women’s lounge, supply room, locker room, and storage room.
Future Use: Building 104 will return to office or medical office use.
